About Ben

Ben is originally from Southern Illinois, where he was a three-sport athlete in high school. He went on to play college baseball at Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee.

Two life-changing things happened during his time at Bethel. First, he met his wife, Lesli. Ben and Lesli have now been married for 25 years and are the proud parents of two sons: Isaac (23), married to Sarah, and Eli (21).
Second, Ben answered the call to full-time ministry.

Over the next two decades, Ben served in student ministry for more than 20 years, faithfully leading at six different churches across three states. In 2017, the Lord led Ben and his family to East Tennessee to continue their ministry journey.

In 2021, Ben joined the FCA staff as the Area Director of Ft. Loudoun, where he continues to pursue his passion for reaching coaches and athletes with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
